FORK Pop-up Dinner at the Louisville Center for the Arts

FORK Social Lab and Blackbelly Catering recently teamed up to deliver a memorable pop-up dinner at the Louisville Center for the Arts. Hosea’s Blackbelly team seamlessly served a five course sit down meal for 74 people with wine pairings from Denver based winery Infinite Monkey Theorem.

Amuse
Truffled farm egg salad, fingerling, chives

First Course
Tasting of heritage breed pork with fennel, radish, citrus, and ginger

Second Course
Rainbow trout with green chili cornbread pudding, apple, jicama, grape, and almond

Third Course
Natural beef short rib with fava bean grits, roast mushrooms, smoked onion, huitlacoche

Dessert
Haystack “snowdrop” cheesecake with strawberries and basil-black pepper sorbet
